The ceiling, by the way, did get fixed after Josh's attempt. One of my students came into class complaining about a lack of work. He asked if I knew anyone who needed any painting or ceilings done. Um, I do! So he came and did my ceilings. I paid him. He'll be back later this summer to give our steps a fresh coat of cement. If you're local and you need any work done, I've got his number.
