Alicia.grams += 34;

She did it. She gained 34 grams. Now we just have to see if her NNP agrees with the doctor. The NNP wasn't there yesterday because of the snow. 106 days in the hospital has taught us to distrust good news, so we're almost not believing it, but she's probably coming home today!

thanks for giving me a reason to be happy jonah's had a wakeful morning! who knows when i would have seen this, otherwise.

it was that sudden for us too...long-awaited (not as long as you!), but still...sudden.

here's to your (soon-to-be) reunited family!

We knew it could happen, prayed for it to happen, and still it's almost too much to hope for- isn't it? Hope and pray we shall! I can't even take the suspense! Feel free to call and scream or cry in either case!
Much Love!
Tami

Congratulations on the ounce gain! I feel incredibly stressed after a week and a half of the NICU. Can't imagine what your months have been like. And I know what you mean about favorite nurses. Some actually remember that the parents are humans, some don't. Tomorrow, the doctor I like comes back so hopefully he'll speed up some of the progression needed to get my babies home sooner. I wish you the best of luck in getting your daughter home and with your family instead of the hospital environment.
